Project Description:
SONARGES has opened two new stadiums in Marrakech and Tanger in January and February 2011. At the moment SONARGES is developing a 80.000 seater stadium in Casablanca.
Services:
A management training course was presented by several specialist of the Amsterdam ArenA. The course of 3 days took place in Marrakech and was presented to managers of 5 different stadiums in Morocco. The program existed out of the modules, strategic management, operational management, commercial management, safety & security and hospitality.
