Development of a new multi-functional stadium complex consisting of a football stadium (42.000 seats) and an optional multi-functional indoor hall with a full size football field (12.000 seats).
Services:
Review of the operational design of the stadium complex, which focused on future operations. Investigation of logistics, functionality, maintenance & technical issues, safety & security and future maintenance. Besides this strategic advice during key phases of the project when budget cuts needed to be implemented.
