Evaluation of the masterplan and stadium design from an operator point of view, check on UEFA requirements, development of smart design options, identified business opportuniies, development of the marketing concept for the stadium, operational concept including the optmised expenses and revenues, cooperation model, related procedures and contract guidelines with main tenant Lechia Gdansk and other prospective teams.
