Project Description:
A new 70.000 seater multi-use sports facility for the 2012 Euro 2012, which will host the final.
Services:
For the Olimpiysky National Sports Complex, we have made the set up and preparation of the management organization. During the test events, official opening and the first international match we assisted in operational planning and supported the operational management.
We have trained the newly installed management team for a period of one week in Amsterdam, whilst we have also provided a safety & security training to the operation managers.
