Supporting the Italian Football Association in all stages of the bidding process. Analysing all stadia with respect to match organisation and preparation event layouts for each stadium. Provision of estimates of the operational cost per stadium (e.g. stewarding, cleaning and stewarding) and on the Euro 2012 safety & security concept.
