Project Description:
Masterplan development for a 2nd city center including a stadium.
Services:
We developed the framework masterplan for an area that will become part of the 2nd city center of Venice and is adjacent to the area reserved for development of the new casino and hotels. A stadium and other leisure and entertainment facilities could be lcoated in this area of about 50ha, close to the airport. We furthermore assessed the technical, economical and financial feasibility of the area development.
