Dolf joined the Amsterdam ArenA in February 2007 and is specialising in project management, business planning, financial analysis & planning and technical analysis of stadiums. He has been involved in many projects world wide.

During his study Construction Management at the Polytechnic Institute in Haarlem (Bachelors), which he finished in 2002 he was already involved with the Amsterdam ArenA as a head steward. He also received his Masters degree in Real Estate Management at the University of Technology in Delft (2006). Before joining Amsterdam ArenA Advisory, Dolf was Real estate manager with the municipality of Haarlem, Project manager with Vision Real Estate Advisory and Construction manager, IASA Europe in France.
