Carel Breen

Carel has numerous years of experience when it comes to the organisation of complex events. He is responsible for all operations at football matches and concerts at the Amsterdam ArenA, while he was also involved in the introduction of a non-cash payment system. His areas of expertise in operational management are safety, security, service.

After receiving his degree at the Police Academy, Carel worked at the National Police Force as Manager Exceptional Investigation Affairs, before joining the Amsterdam ArenA in 1996. Carel has developed a great experience in terrorism, setting-up event concepts and providing the highest possible service level to the public.
